| The
solution consists of 'Operations
Management' and 'Plant-floor
Integration' sub-systems. |
| MOM
Sub System |
| Optiflow-Le's architecture is process based.
Comes with a Process
Builder tool
that provides dynamic process authoring capabilities to
non-technical personnel. Enables
you to define, adapt and control complex manufacturing
processes with ease. You could freely mix manufacturing
& non-manufacturing processes and extend it beyond
the factory floor. Sequencing
tool helps you to define dynamic routing and event based sequencing. |
| Process
builder and flexible sequencing tools help you in modeling
complex processes with ease. You won't need
programming and other external assistance for most part.
MOM sub-system is 'out-of-the-box' to quite an extent. |
| Plant-floor
Integration Sub System |
| LeIc
acts as the information broker to manage real-time connectivity between industrial
automation systems (such as PLC's, HMI, SCADA) & Enterprise systems such as
ERP, SCM, CRM & Warehouse mgmt. |
| It
relies on 'external scripts' to
collect and update data from automation systems.
Enterprise information such as BOM and input from
suppliers & partners is also updated through LeIc by
way of 'external scripts'. Plant-floor
information such as 'Kanban
Signals', 'HMI displays' &
'Giant Screen Displays'
are also carried out in the same manner. |
| LeIc
acts as the hub. While we have built-in a few general
scripts, it relies on 'external scripts' for most part.
Here you would need programming resources to author
scripts. Plant-floor integration is not all that
'out-of-the-box'. |
